Scope of Service: Selecton provides an interactive methodology engine designed to help users structure thinking, clarify trade-offs, and generate actionable plans. Selecton is an assistive cognitive tool and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all goals, inputs, notes, decisions, and plans created within Selecton. Selecton retains ownership of its platform, methodology orchestrator, and educational content.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds: Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect at the end of the billing period. We provide a standard 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Selecton for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive activities, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security and quota boundaries.
